Widnes Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Jordan Barrow.
The 27-year-old spent the truncated 2020/21 season with City of Liverpool but has agreed to a move to the DCBL Stadium ahead of the new campaign.
Barrow also played alongside new teammate Fisnik Hajdari for Campfield FC, winning the Liverpool Business Houses Premier Division and the FA Sunday National Cup this past term.
Jordan began his career as a trainee at Everton before enjoying stints in Wales with Caenarfon Town, Airbus UK, Cefn Druids and Rhyl.
He later joined the Purps in August 2020 from Flint Town United, making 10 appearances before the season was curtailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Jordan gives us some real steel in midfield," joint-manager Kev Towey said.
"He compliments Fiz (Hajdari) really well when they play together and his range of passing is exceptionally good.
"He's already impressed during pre-season so far and we're really pleased to have him here."
