The 21-year-old has completed a move from fellow Northern Premier League West side Bootle and could make his debut in Wednesday's match at home to Clitheroe.

Matty appeared against Widnes for the Bucks earlier this season, but limped off with injury after just 28 minutes of August's 1-1 draw.

A left-back by trade, Rain began his career as a trainee at Liverpool before moving to Burnley in 2018.

His senior career would began at FC United of Manchester last season, making 13 appearances at Broadhurst Park where his form would earn him a move to National League North side Curzon Ashton.

Matty played 11 games for the Nash and began this campaign with Bootle, appearing 12 times.
