Michael Ellison's side then head to Runcorn Linnets to face a mammoth Halton Derby to open up their away campaign three days later on Tuesday 13 August, kick-off 7:45pm.

Widnes then round off the opening month of the season by taking on Mossley (H), Trafford (A), City of Liverpool (H) and Nantwich Town (A).

The Whites will host Vauxhall Motors on Boxing Day before a New Year's Day clash against City of Liverpool which will be played at the DCBL Stadium after the Purps agreed a two-year tenancy in Widnes earlier this year.

Widnes will end the season at home to Trafford on Saturday 26 April 2025.
