23-year-old Fisnik arrives from Welsh Premier League side Cefn Druids for his first taste of senior English football. The defensive midfielder made his debut for TNS in the Welsh top-flight towards the end of the 2013/14 season, and was loaned to Cefn in August 2015, a move which was made permanent a year later. Fisnik’s low centre-of-gravity gives him excellent balance on the ball in limited spaces, allowing him to retain possession with a short, efficient passing game.
